The Association des Relations Culturelles France (ARC), founded in 2021, is a distinguished non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting international and cultural relations, with a strong focus on advancing intercultural understanding and safeguarding cultural heritage in all its diverse forms. ARC France operates as a non-profit entity, committed to creating educational opportunities and fostering scholarly achievements that have a global impact. The organization is deeply invested in developing innovative educational methods, publishing scholarly works, and organizing scientific and cultural events that highlight the critical importance of intercultural dialogue. ARC France also places a high value on cooperation with international partners, particularly within the French-speaking world, including Overseas France, and is a proud member of the International Alliance for Cultural Relations.<\/p>\r\n
The association is managed by a three-member presidency, which is responsible for overseeing policy implementation and guiding ARC’s international activities, ensuring that the organization remains a leader in cultural advocacy and educational development. Additionally, ARC France is dedicated to youth empowerment through a wide range of activities that promote active citizenship, entrepreneurship, and peace-building, along with providing information services aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for disadvantaged groups.<\/p>\r\n
