Erika Gyorfi
President

Erika is a professional English teacher at both the middle school and high school levels, with extensive experience in teaching, translation, and e-learning system design. As the President of ARC France, Erika brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for cultural exchange and education, driving the organization’s mission to foster community growth and international collaboration.

Erika has a diverse skill set that includes expertise in organizing, designing, and facilitating courses with advanced pedagogical methods, and proficiency in managing class work with use of non formal education tools. She is a certified trainer of sophrology with a focus on neurodiverse children and youth (Be Académie, 2024). In the realm of e-learning and intercultural learning Erika is adept at analyzing target audience needs, modeling training paths, designing multimedia resources, and developing e-learning modules. Her software and multimedia proficiency spans various tools, including Articulate Storyline and Netquiz Pro for e-learning, Corel VideoStudio for instructional video production, DéjàVu for translation.

Training

Erika has completed training in "Conception of an Online Training System" and "Multimedia Pedagogical Engineering" at the Chambre de Commerce (CCI).

Mina Dakhlia
Vice-President

Mina is holding a degree in audiovisual production and communication. She is actively involved in several associations, including Cinemergence, where she manages the recruitment pole for the short film festival "Pimp my Movie," and Debris #822, where she serves as the communication manager for theatrical plays. Mina has been a classical dancer at the conservatory for 14 years and, for years, has been working as a tutor for students of all levels with "Tutor by the Hour." She handled communication for the cultural exhibition space and developed patronage strategies at the Robespierre Laboratory.

Mina is adept at building action strategies, organizing information watches, and conducting strategic, creative, and technological surveillance. She is skilled in identifying the originality and potential of audiovisual projects, and evaluating projects based on their screenwriting, aesthetic, cultural, and technical aspects.

Karolina Pyzik
Guest entrepreneur

Karolina is an experienced professional in international development and non-formal education (NFE) projects. She holds degrees in Psychology and Slavic Philology and has been actively involved in NFE since 2015. Her traineeship at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided her with insights into development policy, which she integrates into her work. Her role includes UX design, Design Thinking moderation, and training. She has conducted numerous activities for Polish and international youth on topics such as multiculturalism, Erasmus+ opportunities, EU funds, and sustainable development. As a guest entrepreneur tests and adapts her programs of burnout prevention among youth professionals.

Mathis Besson
Team Member

Mathis holds a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Production and Edition. He is an active member of the management committee for Cinémergence, where he organizes the summer short film festival "Pimp my Movie." Additionally, he serves as the Secretary of the National Blood Donor Center (Etablissement Francois du Sang Ile-de-France) in Paris.

Mathis is skilled in identifying the origin and potential of audiovisual projects, evaluating them based on scripted, aesthetic, cultural, and technical aspects. He excels in developing strategies for creating and marketing products in cultural industries and is proficient in designing and accompanying projects for diverse audiences. His expertise also includes creative content production.

Noam is a talented music composer and IT specialist with a strong foundation in both fields. His work spans multiple genres, including hip hop, rock, reggae, and dub, and is available on platforms such as SoundCloud and Spotify. Noam has over 8 years of musical training at the conservatory, focusing on piano, horn, and guitar. Noam is proficient in FL Studio and has extensive experience in instrumental practice with piano, horn, and guitar. His skills include musical research on the internet and social networks, and sound software development using various techniques.

Valeria Amato
Team Member

Valeria is an International Relations expert with a Master’s degree in Global Economy and Business and a Level 3 Admin, Secretarial & PA Diploma. She has furthered her expertise through courses such as the NATO Building Integrity Awareness Course, Cyber Defence Awareness, NCIA Awareness Training to Prevent all Kinds of Harassment, and Improving Operational Effectiveness by Integrating Gender Perspective. Valeria is adept at collecting reports and meeting minutes, managing databases, assisting in report preparation, arranging meetings and conferences, and drafting memos, speeches, and minutes. She also excels in planning and coordinating social activities. Valeria offers comprehensive administrative and accounting support, including writing contracts and conducting legal and financial analysis and research. Her skills extend to accounting, event organization, and strategic planning.

Mattéo Glairon-Mondet
Youth leader

Mattéo is a driven 3D generalist and designer with a solid background in 3D animation and a strong passion for artistic pursuits. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation Cinema from CREAPOLE in Paris (2020–2023) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in 3D Animation Cinema at LISAA in Paris. Known for his curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, he has developed proficiency in various design and 3D software, including Blender, Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, and Nuke.

Through his projects, Mattéo combines his artistic vision with technical expertise, aiming to express creativity and convey meaningful messages. His portfolio showcases a diverse range of skills and styles, emphasizing his adaptability and artistic depth.

In ARC France he leads youth groups of expats and students who move to Nimes.

Nia Avlokhashvili
Youth leader

Nia holds a degree in International Relations from GIPA University and completed a semester at Lille Catholic University through the Erasmus+ program, deepening her knowledge of European political and social systems. She is currently interning at the U.S. Embassy in Georgia, supporting the Political and Economic Section with media monitoring, research, event coordination, and reporting on key political and economic developments. As a Youth Trainer with UNDP Georgia, she has led workshops on leadership, gender equality, and human rights, empowering young people in her community. Additionally, she represented her peers as a delegate at the Model European Parliament, engaging in discussions on Europe's future.

A former volleyball player, Nia has developed strong teamwork, leadership, and resilience skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, communication, project management, advocacy, and public speaking, her dedication to cultural exchange and youth empowerment aligns closely with ARC France’s mission, and she is enthusiastic about contributing to its initiatives.
